Arrests Across Florida For Automobile Insurance Fraud

This week the State of Florida made multiple arrests in connection with insurance fraud.  In one story, a Zurich Insuranc Company adjuster and several of his friends were arrested in connection with approximately $240,000.00 worth of fictitious injury and property damage claims -- claims where no automobile accident ever happened.

The other story involved the arrests of 19 people (4 in Orlando) in connection with staged accidents and Personal Injury Protection (PIP) fraud.

Orlando injury attorney Kim Cullen has prepared a video where he discusses these arrests.  Check is out here.
