Lynx Bus Accident On 436 In Winter Park Highlights Hole In PIP Coverage

At least nine people were injured in an S.U.V. versus Lynx bus accident that happened at the corner of State Road 436 (Semoran Blvd.) and Banchory Road, in Winter Park, according to Central Florida News 13.   Although Florida Highway Patrol troopers did not know the exact cause of the accident, there was a belief that the S.U.V. driver had been driving erratically before the crash.

At least five of the bus riders were taken to the hospital with injuries. I feel bad for folks - not only because they were injured through no fault of their own - but because they are likely going to have run into bigger challenges getting their medical bills paid, than most car accident victims.
