A: Selecting the right lawyer to handle your case is probably the most important decision that you will make concerning your personal injury claim.  An accident victim could be making a huge mistake by making their lawyer hiring decision based upon advertising alone.

The key for the potential personal injury client is to have the best information possible about the prospective lawyer and his or her law firm.  Additionally, I believe that the issue of personality should always come into play.  In my opinion, a personal injury client should always feel comfortable with her lawyer, and should feel like her lawyer can relate to her as a human being.
